Hi Eric,
First apologies as this is not a comment on your NPR piece (although I will endeavor to listen to it). This was, at 10.48p.m, the first way I found to email you. Last weekend I was fortunate enough to be gifted your cookbook on mother's day. After nearly eating the book, tonight I made your 'updated waldorf salad' and your ricotta, honey, granola, fruit piece of heaven for a group of good friends. I felt compelled to write and tell you what an inspiration the book is, how fantastic the recipes were both to follow, create and consume. (celery leaves, a subtle celery! inspired!) We are truly lucky to spend several weeks every summer up at TC and I only hope that you will not be so inundated at the restaurant that tables are scarce. Thank you for sharing some of your evident happiness in life and cooking in your book and thus allowing me to create some more around my table.
